If you follow my Facebook page you know to have your Target clearance hearts ready  today! I bought my hearts in red and pink, but any color you picked up from the Christmas clearance will do. The only other thing you need is ribbon, preferably about 1/4 inch in width.

I cut the ribbon pieces about two hearts width.

Then, I just tied knots on both sides of the hearts.

Ta-da! Super simple, and super cheap if you picked these up in the Target Christmas clearance.
