I am always amazed at people who think scrapbook stores are just for scrapbooking. It’s like saying Home Depot is intended only for plumbers.
I spend way too much time in Home Depot, and I have no interest whatsoever in plumbing.
(Although, maybe I should learn more about plumbing since I have three daughters who shed hair like crazy.)
To me scrapbook stores are incredibly inspiring, and brimming with creativity. Though I don’t scrapbook traditionally, I love finding scrapbook tools and embellishments that I can create with.
There is a lovely scrapbook store near my home called Archivers. I went in just a few months ago and fell in love with these Arco Iris Flowers. For around $3 they are a great buy.
The entire package comes with sixteen resin flowers, in eight different colors. Aren’t they so lovely?
I also picked up a package of earring flat posts at my local Hobby Lobby. A large package sells for under $3. Less with a coupon of course.
With just a little bit of hot glue, I adhered the posts onto each of the flowers.
I love making my own earrings! They are really easy to make on your own and are much less expensive than buying them already made.
These colors are so versatile you could easily use them all yourself, or keep a few pairs and gift the rest to a friend.
I love how these turned out, and they cost under .50 cents a pair to make.
So much easier than learning about plumbing.

Really? This is fantastic. These are about the only earrings my daughter wants to wear right now. To have a rainbow of color choices would be great fun for her. Thank you!
