the girls room
Finished! Note to self: Giant vinyl flowers take a long time to peel.
Whew! So very, very busy around here. I just shot a beautiful family in the most gorgeous home here. It’s just a sneak peak for their sweet mother who is probably dying to see a little hint of what’s to come. And look what I found! More iphone pictures, this [...]
Taylor, what is your favorite thing about summer? “Reading all day and not getting my hair done.”
Back at Grandma and Grandpa’s cabin. Such a beautiful day. We walked to Bridal Veil Falls (as you may have noticed Dallan’s post from his phone), ate lots and lots of soft serve ice cream, and just spent the whole weekend relaxing.
Just chillin’ at home. Matthew spends quite a bit of time lately drawing at his desk. He loves to make little books with lots and lots and lots of paper. Anyone know where to buy lots and lots and lots of cheap paper?
More jumping and deep thoughts from a four year old. Can’t decide whether I like the color or black and white better. It is usually so obvious to me what it should be. I think I will go with the black and white, it’s just those blue eyes taunting me [...]
As documented by yours truly. Once upon a time there was a baby who crawled all over the floor at the local library. It made her OCD mother crazy to see her knees get so dirty so she gave her a chair to push around instead. The baby pushed it [...]
Taylor just spent the last ten days in California with Grandma, Grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins, oh my! She had a blast and we missed her sooo much. As soon as she was home we were rushing to pick up her new and first pair of glasses. Don’t they make her [...]
No, it’s not out wedding anniversary. This last Sunday marked the three year anniversary of Dallan becoming a bishop. So here’s some fun bishopy facts for ya: 1. That’s over 144 Sundays. ( I subtracted 12 for Stake and General Conference.) Dallan sits with us at church twice a year. [...]
Grandma declared a girls weekend a few weeks ago and took Taylor and Evey overnight leaving at about three in the afternoon. I was worried Matthew would be sad and continuously asking where the girls had gone. It wasn’t until twenty-four hours later he finally asked where his sisters were. [...]
A shot of each of the girls on Independence Day. No Matthew. He took vacation day quite seriously, meaning telling me no every time I walked near him with my camera. No worries. I snuck a shot a few days earlier for tomorrow’s post.
Summer days outside means sometimes two baths a day for the babe. Good thing Dad does such a good job cleaning up the mess in the kitchen sink!
Oh, how this baby loves to be outside. She will crawl to the back door and pound on the window until I finally let her out, and out she goes!
