DIY Wood Necklace

Ready for round two?

‘Course you are.

This project we are using the larger wood flower pieces. (Smaller flower project post is here.) These sell for under $5 at Lowe’s.

One I spray painted gold, the other I stained.

Mix it up friends.

Yes, this is how I entertain myself.

Drill two holes. Easy stuff.

For the stained wood flower I used some torn vintage fabric strips.

For the gold spray painted flower, I used gray embroidery floss that I knotted.

Here’s a peak:

What do ya think?

Love that metallic spray paint.

Two necklaces for under $5. Nice!

Thanks Lowe’s for letting me play around with things were are intended for my home, and not necessarily for personal wear. I wonder If  I can do anything creative with drywall…
