DIY Paper Box Dollhouse

There is an absolutely adorable new paper crafting line debuting March 17th at Joann’s. It’s called Fifth & Frolic and was designed by the adorable Liz Kartchner and American Crafts.

I have been a blog follower and admirer or Liz forever, so I was beyond thrilled when I was given the opportunity to play with some of her new products.

This is just a quick peek at a few of the many adorable products in the new Fifth and Frolic line. It features crisp blues, pinks, greens, yellows and airy neutrals with hints of gold. (To view the entire line go HERE)

Ready to see the fun crafting I did with my new supplies???

Don’t tell Mr. Wright, but I totally crafted with the box his cell phone came in. We have a million of these little boxes lying around the house, and this one was the perfect size for making something special for my youngest daughter.

She adores dolls right now, so I made her an itty bitty dollhouse that she can play with on the go.

Here’s a peek at the front:

And here is the inside!

To say she loves it is an understatement! She has been carrying this thing around with her for days.

Everything inside was made with the Fifth & Frolic line, and the little wood people came from a local craft store.

The scrapbook paper and embellishments worked so perfectly for this project. A lot of the little details are just glitter and metallic alphabet stickers.

This little dollhouse has been such a hit, my two other girls are now working on their own. I think I am going to have to make a few more for my nieces too!

I love your little dollhouse. It’s just too cute!
I’m going to have to go to the craft store for some supplies so I can try to make one for my niece. Thanks for the idea!

  • This is really adorable. I am going to show it to my daughter for some inspiration. I bet it would fit her Lala Loopsy dolls! :)
