Card Catolog Hooks

I found some card catalog cards (why does that sound weird to say?) several months ago.

They are not old or vintage, but still very cool.

I have spent months trying to think of fun things to do with them, so here’s a little peak at one of the ideas I came up with.

First I grabbed some old barn wood scraps from my garage. Then I painted some leftover cabinet knobs.

I used Modge Podge to attach the cards to the wood, then drilled holes and attached the hardware.

I love how the Modge Podge really darkened and shined up the wood.

I needed some little hooks at a workspace in the studio and these turned out perfectly.

I finally got around to shooting some pictures of projects so I will try to post more this week!
