My sweet niece Charlotte, photographed on a whim yesterday afternoon.
I have not photographed her since her birth, and feel quite terrible that I have neglected capturing her chubby arms and double chin for so long.
All of the images are shot with a single AlienBees studio light and umbrella, except for the last three which are just natural window light. For most of them we just hung a simple baby blanket behind her, and made do with the space and time we had.
I also photographed some shots of her nursery. My younger sister, much like me, is quite the antique collector. I will try and share a few shots of the space tomorrow.
